First off..this disgusts me...And doesn't surprise me...It happens a lot...A tragedy strikes, countries send well intended aid, and it gets stopped on the docks to rot. It happened in Ethiopia, and it has happened elsewhere. It is not shocking that those in power are holding things from the poor to help themselves. Chances are, this aid will sit on
