I was going to make the marshmallows closer to christmas but I'm hoping they'll keep a week or 2 in a sealed container in the fridge.

I'm super excied to start the carmels but I think I need to wait until after I get my perm crowns on or my dentist will kill me. =)

I'm going to try WalMart for the syrup since I have a growing list of things only they seem to carry.
