After watching and listening to everything coming out of Madison in the last two weeks, I can come to only one conclusion. Scott Walker is a total douchbag.  He can't claim even willful ignorance since the unions have said over and over that they are willing to compromise, as long as they can retain their collective bargaining rights.  He has

I pretty much feel - well - I hate collective bargaining, I hate the fact that it is near impossible to get rid of people who have become so bored they are no longer effective in their job and yet they won't quit because they would never make that much money somewhere else. So my taxes get raised to pay for that crap - no thank you. I'm about as politically conservative as they come. And I am tired of government thinking that they can fix any mess by spending more money.
And whatever happens here has implications for the other 40 plus broke state governments that are also just realizing that the cure to common debit is not going to be found by spending even more money we don't have!
Did you miss the rally at the Paper Valley - I got invited to one there.
