So Warcraft had a big ol' patch today, and most of the servers are apparently still down for maintenance. I wanted to check Blizzard's realm status page to see whether my server was going to be back online soon. . . and the realm status page is down. I guess they just decided to break everything at once? (FAIL)

Yeah, it was kind of a clusterfuck.

I could get onto Eldre'thalas at 5 pm eastern, but they rebooted it again sometime later
I think I logged onto Anub'Arak by 6:30, but later it went back down
I didn't get into Exodar until like 9:30 or 10?

There were literally hundreds of people who had created characters on Eldre'thalas just so they could run around and see the harbor and whatnot.

But yeah...blizzard completely removed the realm status page? I think it's because people frenetically checking *that* was destroying their web page, too.

I hope everything is back to normal today. Not like I have time to play until Friday, anyway.

But I respecced one character and I am really excited. Druid got some awesome new stuff.

Yeah I'm pretty excited. I was able to find about half an hour last night to check things out--changed my priest's haircut, picked a talent spec I'll probably change within the week, looked through my achievements..

Druids, man... When I'm on my priest I think they're ridiculous, and when I'm on my druid I still think they're ridiculous! But totally fun.
