I love my job. I really do. In spite of the drama that is occuring, the job is still an awesome job. I love taking care of the guests and meeting people from all over the world. The German couple who brought me the candy are still there. They are here visiting their son that is in college at uafs. The dad came down and asked me for some mustard

In Phoenix. He got me and my g/f a free room once. I just remembered that. (he died a while back)... anyhoo... he loved his job. He'd been there for a long time (Holiday Inn). Good memory. Thanks for sparking it.

Your welcome! My first night audit job was at a Holiday Inn. But they were bought by a new management co. right after I started and cut the audit staff after I had been there about 2 months. I went to Marriott and am soo glad now I changed jobs. It is small and more homey and personal. Much less stressful.

I have used the room perks only once, but it is great! My sister and I went to the Reniassance in Dallas for my birthday. It was really nice. 21'st floor with a view of downtown.
