Not all hospitals are union affliated. Kaiser is different in that all of their nurses are union. Technically, even if your hosital is union, you can opt out, BUT, they make it very difficult for you to do that.

It opens May 14th, so we still have a few weeks of b.s. to put up with. So frustrating...
