i think we found something.  we went and looked at it today, and we're pretty happy with it.  we met the landlord, and he seems like a really good guy.  it's on a quiet street, the end of a very long cul-de-sac, backs up to the field of an elementary school.  we want to go look at it tonight, just cuz if something's going to go on, saturday night
