i'm sick.  i feel like crap.  my whole body hurts.  there will be no need of a flu shot for me this year.

and the worst part?  hanna is singing at church today, and i'm too sick to be there.  i tried, i really did.  i got up, got the kids clothes out, and went to get ready myself.  i brushed my teeth, did my hair, and put on some jeans and a shirt
