ugh im confused, btw im calvin, just bored at work, reading your lj, well at class now reading your lj. us should call em, record it, ask em if you can have there permission to record it, that would throw off there standard response.

OK...being that I worked for the AT&T Nazis for 5 1/2 years....this is what you should do...call them...be really nice and don't get all hissy yet...but ask for a supervisor. Then ask the supervisor to explain you bill in detail to see where the overages came from...but you still need to be nice...with my experience....the nicer the people were..the more likely i would help them out/hook them up. So...I'm sure since they are just idiots it won't be hard to get the thing ironed out, but if you need to threaten to cancle...with all this number portability and stuff they don't like to hear those words anymore. Let me know how it goes.
