I'm not sure how often people read this, or who reads this, but I want to apologize to those that read my LJ for not writing more often. You see, I do check my LJ everyday to see if my friends have posted anything... but I'm always too lazy to post something myself. This because I generally feel that I either have nothing to write or WAY too much ( Read more... )

Hey...I'm sorry you're going through family drama from both sides :( I know how that can strain on a couple...unfortunately all the family drama in my relationship with Wayne has come from my grandma (at least Wayne's parents are ok...)

I totally know the growing pains of living together! Wayne and I have been living together for 15 months now and I still have to nag him to clean up after himself and to throw away junk :P He still plays video games though, so you're doing better than me ;)

Good luck with grad school...you're such a smartie :)

Thanks Chrissy! Yeah I think every family has drama from time to time. C'est la vie. ;-) We should get together and catch up sometime! I'm commuting from Hampton this year, so I'll be around.

I'm so glad you updated, even though I got most of that update from you when I saw you. Speaking of which, you never let me know what you were thinking for lunch next week? Monday and Tuesday, but what would it be like for the rest of the week? Now that you know your classes, what is your lunch schedule??

I'm glad your Master's group looks promising! That should make things easier. And one good thing about you is that you're really flexible, so I'm sure you will know how to make the most out of the experience.

Keep me updated on the wedding stuff...and the NOVA living arrangements once that starts getting in place:)

Oh, sorry I didn't get back to you AJ! I am free from 12:30-2 every day except Friday (I don't have class on Fridays so I'll stay in Hampton). I'm going to be bringing my lunch to save money, so I can meet you anywhere! Just let me know. :-)

Well, I am free 12:30 to 2 TR, so want to get lunch this Thursday? Dining hall is fine with me, if you still have a meal plan. Otherwise, anywhere works!

Thursday works for me. I don't have a meal plan-- I'm going to bring a sack lunch everyday to save money & calories, so I can meet you anywhere that works for you! Just let me know. :-)

Wow. Boo to family drama. I'm sorry you are having to deal with that hon. It's never easy. :(

congrats on the two job offers! That's awesome! I'm sure your mom will come around. She's probably just a little scared about you "spreading your wings." I think all moms are like that when their babies start to "leave the nest" as it were. Let me know how you NOVA plans are coming. THAT GOES DOUBLE FOR THE WEDDING!! lol. ;)
