had coffee with Danny last night.....we had been texting back and forth and he sent one that said "miss you Kelly...miss you"....so we got together at RedRobin....just for coffee...and our conversation flowed for almost 3hrs, before we knew it; it was 10pm! we chatted about all sorts of things....the chat did turn to what we thought about

Poly is definitely an interesting life to look into. I delved into many many years ago, and the best thing it did for me, was help me define what I want in a relationship.

Poly isn't it. I have nothing against others who can deal with the poly lifestyle, but I know personally for me, I need to feel a deeper connection than what a polyamorous lifestyle offered. In any poly relationship there will be a hierarchy. And when you aren't at the top of that hierarchy, you don't get the deep connection.

I've found many who have been hurt deeply find its easier not to have that deeper connection, and therefore poly works perfect for them

I enjoy your views and appreciate your perspective.....I may get to that place again someday in wanting that monogamous thing again but at the moment Im content....playing with whom I want, when I my time permits.....it felt good to TRULY put the cards out there....so IF the time comes that he wants more and Im not ready....then it wasnt that I was hiding anything from him...he knows what he is getting into with me with eyes wide open....
