XD At Tiramisu. I hope you didn't get drunk Jo. My Nana got drunk off Tiramisu once X) Myabe that's just our family's one though...

Oooh. It seems that in France (from what I've seen on recipe sites) that they have farine de mais jaune and farine de mais blanche. I'm guessing this is the same idea as the wehat-germ being sperated (or not seperated) from the rest in white and brown (whoelgrain) flour, only with corn. So the yellow one would be like wholegrain, only whole CORN :P I think. Who knows.

Lucky. My pav for new years is in the oven right now, and I don't think it's risen. So, I'm basically going to be serving beret.

and cornflour is vaguely yellow.

So, in short- bravo you! you beat me at baking. I may have to go and have a cry

I think it's probably more a matter of my grandmother's infallible pav recipe is really infallible, as the idea of me being better than you at baking is simply one too odd to be contemplated.
