It is day 2 in the Cat vs mouse stand off.  I am being held in sleepless terror, at the merciless paws of a small and squeaky enemy.  The tables have turned, this time the mouse really is mighty.

It was hate at first sight, it scampered across the hall, I screamed like a banshee.  A few minutes later it appeared at my bedroom door, clearly making

I was told eucalyptus is a mouse-repellant. You could always try adding this to your mint?

A few traps with big springs, chocolate as bait, along the routes you've seen close the the skirting boards. There's probabaly more than one, so keep it going for a few days. Also you need to find where they are finding their way in and fill the holes with wire wool.
