Finished work for the week. Wanted to eat out but knew I should eat at home. So I decided to compromise and bring home rotisserie chicken and pair it with tomatoes and green beans. Now I'm going to go watch Young Victoria. Hope it's good. If anything the costumes look amazing.

How was Young Victoria? I saw it at the grocery store video rental and thought about getting it.

Interesting. The plot centers on how V. was the only heir to the throne and so she had this really over-protective upbringing...but her Mom the Duchess is controlled by her lover Lord Convoy. Convoy wants V. to sign control over to her Mom who would rule as a regent, with him basically ruling Mom. Of course V.'s like no way, because she's sick of his controlling crap. The King is failing in health but he likes V. and wants to pass the crown to her. He is pissed at V.'s Mom for keeping V. from court (at Convoy's request) and he publicly disses her at this huge birthday party in his honor. Oh snap
