It has been a weird day weather-wise, starting out cold and rainy moving to sunny and nice then back to cold and rainy. At one point it was sunny and rainy at the same time, was interesting to watch ( Read more... )

Oh, I know! I wish I would have brought my camera to work because the shades of the sky today were most awesome! It made me homesick for the stormy skies of WI and IL. Rainbows all over the place and in some spots it was just a blob of a rainbow.. just too lazy to bow out.

Don't forget to pamper yourself when this is all over.

I didn't get to see a rainbow today but I was sure they were about. I fully intend to pamper myself when this is finally over. The place I want to stay has room service and you can book massages in your room... I am hoping for a LARGE bathtub to soak in for a couple of days while popping bon bons ;)

Yes I have! It is in Pacific Grove and has two seperate areas. One that is family style and economical and another that is the pampering side. I am booking the pampering side!:) I kept thinking of posts to make and then not writing them....

Fort Bragg is nice this time of year! Stay at the hotel across from the Old Trestle at the very north end of town. They have fireplaces in the rooms. :)

I'll have to check that place out, too. Is that where you stayed? The pics were really nice. A fireplace would be wonderful too! Right now I am planning on going to Pacific Grove to the Lighthouse Inn. I have stayed in the family side of it but plan to stay in the pampering side this time! You can book a massage in your room and they have great room service. Putzing around Monterey is fun too.
