My neighbor that wants to buy the house came over in tears this morning to let me know that they didn't qualify for the loan since her daughter's house hasn't sold. Soooo... I have another person who was interested to talk to and if that doesn't pan out, I'll call a realtor. I dread the whole "having people going through your house thing", but

I called today and mentioned, in passing, that a surprize visit from a Fire Marshall would not be good with the way they have Ken's room rigged so... we'll see where that goes. The one I need to talk to/yell at is not there today.

Let them know that if I was to call the Fire Marshall, there would be fines aplenty for the extension cords and the fact that in case of a fire Ken could not be gotten out of the room without removing half of the contents of the room first. Seemed to get them stirring. If not enough, I'll make the call tomorrow!
