Dang! I would totally buy it if I was in that area and looking for a house. It looks fabulous! You did an awesome job. So now you're just waiting for it to sell? How's that going? I remember when we sold our last house it took 3 months! Of course that was back when the market sucked. And we were living in the house at the time which was a huge pain in the ass! Trying to live there AND keep it clean :(

I was doing that and getting so stressed I got hives. A lady came through last weekend and really loved it, hopefully she'll make an offer....
