Is the good news about your BP directly related to the weight loss? I guess I'm asking if you had high BP before the surgery.

Congratulations on the loss! That's a fantastic start!

I am on glucosamine with chondrotin & msn twice a day for my knee and it does help. It is not a pain reliever however so not sure if it will help the pain you are having.

Good for you....29 lbs down and all systems are go!

Way to go!!!!!!!!!

I was on it before but have to see if it is compatible with my remodeled tummy. The lower back, hips and knees are all because of the limp I have with the bad knee. I am hoping it will help. Thanx Cathi!

Pain is such a bummer! I'm glad you can play in the garden in spite of it! I'm glad you were able to lose weight after your surgery. Doesn't it slow down your metabolism, though?

I'd like to lose about 80 lbs. I think I have to do that on my own, though!
