As of today I have lost 70 lbs. :) The Doctor was looking at my before pics and said, WOW only one chin and look you have a neck! It made me feel good when he said how much difference he could see from 3 months ago. Sometimes I have trouble seeing the changes. They took new pics today and I have another appt. in August. We'll see where I am then

70 lb. is a HUGE change, Cathe. I don't know what your goal loss is but seriously, that is fantastic. I'm so happy for you!

I have 130 lbs to go to my original goal. We'll see from there. I just want to be healthy and able to do what I want to without feeling 180 years old. Thanks for your support! Hugz

Thank You!! I had gastric bypass surgery 3 months ago. I had pondered it for 3 years and finally decided I was tired of existing and wanted to live! It has been a very good thing for me! Hugz
