I have tried to get another place to take him but with his insurance and his size (almost 500 lbs) no one will take him on. They know it too! That is why they are attempting to have him seen as a danger to others so they can kick him out, with nowhere to go.

I'm just really angry and sick you're going through this and that he has to as well. Are his weight issues fairly recent or has he been dealing with that for a long time? I wish I knew what to say. It must be so stressful for you both.

I need to get my superwoman suit altered :) but it all went well so far. Didn't have to get the sheriff involved, yet. They did say I was in the right though which helped my resolve a bunch! I have the names of some advocacy groups and a couple of lawyers that specialize in nursing home issues so we will go forth!
