I'm thinking I might be getting ill. School nurse took my temp and blood pressure and said that nothing registered badly. None-the-less I feel horrible, whoosy, like I am swaying when I stand sort of thing. Once we dismiss the kids from the pep rally I'm going to call my doctors office and talk to the doc on call. Hopefully it's not anything

So my doctor's office called and left a message. Hopefully it was just to confirm my appointment or maybe change it, I don't know. They said just to call back. So I call back. The baby has started to drop. Only 4 more weeks to full term and another 3 after that till my due date. Me thinks this baby will be a late September/early October baby.

Nothing more surreal than having a student in your first period who has a baby due a month before you do.

Well, my dad called around an hour ago. My Grandpa Corcorran died. He had fairly moderate Alzheimer's disease and had been in hospice for the better part of a year. Had a fantastic time at Beth's BBQ. Got to eat lots of tasty food and set off fireworks. Favorite comment of the evening.
