"Pretentious" that's hilarious! That's really cool that you have two conventions in your city. I can't wait to go to my first convention. Hopefully I can go to Sugoicon and Ohayocon this year. I better start saving money...and get a job. LOL

I'm glad that I found out about Anime Punch! because it was completely by accident, hehe!

And I really hope that you can go to the conventions later this year too! We are going to try to go to Sugoicon too, but we haven't made any definite plans yet.
And this is just an estimate, but I'd say that each con for both of us has cost between $300-$400 dollars, and that includes hotel, registration, food, and goodies. So for Ohayocon if you're able to split the hotel room cost with one or more people, then I think it should be between $200-$300 including travel. It's not cheap, but it's also not too bad for a weekend away.

I'm sooooo envious . I've seen pics of Crispin and he's really good-looking !I googled him up after watching Witch Hunter Robin--he was the voice of Amon and he was also the voice of Tsume in Wolf's Rain. What a great voice ( ... )

I didn't watch Witch Hunter Robin much, but I loved Wolf's Rain, and Crispin is in Eureka 7 and Blood+ too. And pictures don't do him justice, he's much cuter in real life! ^_^

Neon Genesis Evangelion seemed to be very popular with people at this convention, so most people knew Tristan from that, I guess, but I've never seen it, so I was lost with all of the references people were making to it.

Oh sounds like so much fun! I am so jelous of you! I really hope Ohayocon works out, I need some more anime-con experience (only been to 1 and that was almost 5 or 6 yrs ago).

After my vacation, I'm going to start taking care of a lot of things including getting a job. I might try selling some things on eBay or something so that might help if anyone buys it. lol

Waaaahhhh! Clodia you are sooo cool! I need to pay more attention to seiyu. The most I know are those in Inuyasha & Pokemon LOL!

So I see it's another successful convention that you went to. Any goodies?

Yes, I'm surprised that you don't know about Crispin, Macky! I mean, he's so cute, hehe! ^_^

Oh, and I did get one goodie, a Bleach wall clock with Ichigo and Renji on it! It's very cool, but I still have to figure out where I should hang it.
