Kenny!! He's so cute. XD

I've actually known a lot of cats who kept a tiny little mewling cry. Your description of the other cats going "WTF!?" amuses me. XD

I should have commented back when you first posted this, but I was mostly passed out in bed recovering from ZOMG RELATIVES at the time. Anyway, I just wanna say that Ken-chan is a beautiful kitty, although hopefully not quite as FAITO as his namesake. As far as the teeny voice goes, our big, burly male cat, three or four years old now and built of solid muscle, still sounds kittenish, especially next to our scrawny old female cat who sounds like she swallowed a foghorn. (She's from Korea but has a Siamese-type voice...maybe it's an Asian cat thing?)

Heh, don't worry, I understand about having to recover from visits with relatives.

LOL, well he does have some characteristics of his namesake, hehe. For instance, when he plays he plays HARD, and doesn't let anything stop him, even his own brain or sense of pain. He body slams into the floor (or whatever else is within ten feet of him) on a regular basis, and it looks like it has to hurt, but he just keeps on going. We have to make him stop sometimes, and by that point he's usually panting; I've never seen a cat pant so much!

That's funny about your cats' voices; I guess it's hard to know what they'll sound like from just looking at them. Our old male cat hardly ever made a sound, and our old female was mid-range I guess. Cleo's about mid-range too, and Baby is usually loud and has an abrasive edge to his voice, but then sometimes the most pathetic little squeak will come out of him. I'm just glad that Kenny isn't doing the kitten cry anymore; his voice is still high and squeaky, but it's cute. ^_^
