maybe you could tell me, could my singer machine handle a #92 dacron thread? Its only a few yers old...I've never tried and I dont know if its so thick that it could damage the machine...

I'm not familiar with that thread but I think it would more depend on the needle you use rather thanyour machine.

so worst case scenario I get the thread caught up and break the needle..there's this ad asking for people to do piece work from home, and since I cant even compare to your skills yet ;)I figure its a place to start...
