I agree. I wish I still had more details on the art, the original used to be saved somewhere, but it was different. I think it was originally very washed out, so I jazzed up the colors and cropped it, that's all.
oddly... I kept looking around for what icon could seem offensive... and was a little surprised to realize it was this one...
anyway. I thought I'd say here (where no one will complain) that I really like the seed/moss/charcoal scarf. I love seeing simple stitches used in interesting ways... reminds me how much variation we can get with simple patterns by adding texture... :)
I've seen some *really* freaky icons, and I'm just amazed this picture has been deemed offensive.
ANYWAY....
Thank you =) The pattern did come out better when I knit it up before in a plain yarn, because it wasn't lost in the tweed. Personally, I like working with more textured stitches because they don't curl. Also, if they are reversible, even better.
