had a doctors appointment to find out what the chest specialist was saying.   after being told  i probably have fractures my doctor says the chances of that being the problem are miniscule.  was told i would get extra pain relief....no i wont. dr has an hunch it might be something to do with my crohnes as in one day my waist size can increase by

after having to look after my grandmother which in the latter years meant i had to visit her in geriatric hospital wards when she got ill and then in a nursing home made me realise that i may have mental health problems, an eating disorder, arthritis, crohnes and other ailments that are really shit but i can still get out of my bed and do things on my own without relying on help all the time.
there are so many people that do not have the luxury of living a 'normal' life. i for one always try and remember that no matter how bad my health is there is always some one in a worse situation than me..
