Improv cooking Strikes again!

On thursday the course I am in has a little get-together and they asked everyone to bring a typical dish from their countries. So, I'm thinking USA...typical? I think about it a bit, and I realized that Thanksgiving was just around the corner. Aha! Pumpkin pie! It's so typical that just about every Thanksgiving has at least one for desert.
