I've thought about this before, and I don't think the lack of book reviewers has anything to do with TGWTG producers not liking books. I mean, I'm sure some of them don't, but I would be very surprised to learn that none of them did.

Yeah, you have good points. And its not to say they don't like to read. I am sure they do (Linkara mentioned he used to read the Animorph books) and lots of other reviewers have read books. That is not what I was implying at at all, and I am sorry if it came off as that.

Personally, though, I think a book would be more difficult to review in any of the styles common to the site. After all, it takes significantly less time to watch a movie, listen to a song, or read a comic book than it does to read a novel, even a children's novel. Video games are comparable time-wise, but you don't have to finish a game to still do a decent review of it and personally I definitely think you would have to for a book. I guess it would depend how fast and able they were to not only finish the book but asorb the ( ... )

Yeah, I could imagine them for like say a chapter book drawing a scene from a book or doing a small skit reencating that scene in a humorous context could work.

I guess it all depends on how they do it.
