I actually think they killed of Sir Pellinore early in season one so there wouldn't be a conflict of interest when Arthur met the Questing Beast at the end of the season.

Also, they killed off so many of Arthur's knights in that episode that I lost track of who is still alive.

Plus also: I thought Percival was supposed to be Pellinore's son.
