So day one of the Shamanic workshop is over. I learned to travel inside to my inner self and step out into this Lodge with the world tree in the middle of it. I also traveled to the middle world. Stuff happened but it still feels like it's all made up in my head. I've been assured that it's not made up, but it feels that way. It's like I believe

The "Am I making it up?" point is the hardest thing I have with a lot of my own investigations into this. I think it is because I tend to be 'creative person' - I make stuff up all the time. And I'm a heavily visual person so I visualize almost continually (including made-up stuff). How do you know the difference?
