My pet peeves: Signs that are misspelled \ Slang \ Sentence Fragments

Because I work in a French province, we are not allowed English signage. Yet, stupid fashion stores are able to write "les "must haves" de l'ete" on the store's outer facade.

"Haves" is not a word, and since when should you use slang to advertise?
