Tomorrow is my last day of the position I've had since last summer. Eep!

My paperwork in Philadelphia has been signed! HR (supposedly) is scrambling so my new position and paygrade start on Sunday!!!!!!!!

In bad news some of us almost went to see the Rite of Spring tonight, but that fell through :-( Haha, when I need to celebrate with drinks it falls through!

I got a letter addressed to me at work today from a member of the Charlestown Militia who wants me to help him research something. How cool is that? I feel all strangely official now!:-)

My uniform has been discovered. One of the protection rangers took it thinking it was the uniform locker (interesting considering my BADGES AND NAMETAG were on it). Either way, I don't care. I have my warm winter stuff back and I'll no longer freeze!

Someone broke into my uniform locker and stole my sweater, gortex, and ship ballcap. WTF!!! I know it was stolen because my badge and name tags were removed.... (and in taking off the nameplate, they neglected to leave the backings so I could repin it back on my clothes!)

Apparently back in the Middle Ages, higher classs women would wear heels 11 inches high, requiring the aid of a servant or a male to help you walk around.

I want them. With 11 inches I'd be 6 feet. I so want them!

I'm listening to my coworker on the radio. DIXIE!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh yeah, and Rick is being a dick again.

My parents have returned from Germany. When the dogs bark now, it's their problem ;-)

Yay I have Thursday off. I know it's not the case but I feel I'm getting an extra day!
