your basic house cleansing is going to involve burning sage and hemp.. you can buy it at any wicca or head shop. it comes wrapped in bunches with twine. you're going to want to cleanse where you sleep first off because thats where sam messes with you guys. go over every doorway while its burning and pray for the spirits to be calmed and to leave the house. you can look up ritual prayers online, i'll bet. Then you're going to make sure that all of your entrances to the house are thoroughly gone over with the smoke. That will help to get alot of the negative energy that is brought inside of that house to stay out.
