OK I'm ranting a bit because they piss me off. My phone is dead... I dropped it it's shattered it is past time for my "credit" on a new phone so we start looking into it. Well it seems at first they say that it isn't due for th "credit" yet that they changed it last year to 2 years instead of 18 months! Well I signed the contract on the 18 month

I don't need it,I was fine getting the other phone at first but just annoys me that he unilaterally makes decissions for me! no discussion just treats me disrespectfully about it.
