Insurance sucks

:(  I was supposed to go in for back surgery this Friday.  I have done all that I could do to avoid it.  My Dr. said I need to have it done since nothing else has worked.  I got a call from my insurance and they said they will not cover it.  I canceled the surgery and rescheduled it for Jan. 11th.  Maybe I can find new insurance I can afford by

*hugs* I am so so sorry this is happening right now. I totally understand the frustrations about insurance-I have this student insurance through Aetna, and they won't even cover a doc's appt because it's an "outpatient" procedure. You may want to actually consider Aetna, though, because they are big on covering hospital expenses, which it looks like you're in need of right now. Best of luck, we're here for ya!

I'm so sorry to hear about your suffering. I will pray for you. I have a disability, and it is sometimes VERY hard to get help with it.
