Failed again.

I thought I could do it.
My day isn't even finished and I already messed up...

Breakfast; One medium apple + artichoke herbal tea
Calories: ~82
Snacks; 50 mini-marshmallows + one branch of celery with a tablespoon of cucumber dressing
Calories: ~148
Dinner; One cup of cooked couscous with mixed vegetables + one slice of banana bread
Calories: ~400

Nah, not taking any vitamins...I took some when I was skinnier but now I'm not really underweight, my BMI is still at 17 (ugh). I just need to find a way to stress myself and stop eating like a pig. Anxiety keeps me from eating. Or in the best case, it gives me nausea, extreme shaking, dizziness and my body works so much that I burn every calories awfully fast.

Actually, I should take some but my mind won't allow me to. Because at least if I get a lack of vitamin or something, I'll have something to stress over and a reason to lose a few pounds.
