As predicted this morning was a bit rough. the wine gave me a headache and hangover... big surprise huh. but I've made it though my two appointments and am now home. On the way I decided to get an MP3 player for skiing. dont know why just decided i deserve one. so here it is. nothing special its a 1.5gb unit. i figure thats enough for the slopes

I think you would have known if you hit an eagle; they're pretty damn big. Did you go back and get it off the road or anything? I figured you had stopped. ;-)

this was a big bird. I only got a glimps because it happened so fast but I would say it was slightly bigger than a seagul. Frank was telling me washington hawks are little bigger than pigions. I have no clue because we had red tail hawks in AZ and they are very small and occasional bald eagles and they are very big. this was not the size of a bald eagle I assumed with the brown coloring it was a hawk. and no i didn't stop. what could I have done. get bit by a bird of prey? not to mension it was kinda heavy trafic behind me.. this bird could not have survived this, no way.

A WA red-tailed hawk or golden eagle you'd know it you'd hit one. They're about 3' tall. A Pegrin falcon is going to be about the size of a raven, perhaps bigger. You may have hit an owl.
