what i do is "right click in the box, hit SELECT ALL, then go to my journal, PASTE it into the up-date box and then hit the update button"

OK someone on a mac please help. I am just highlighting the entire string and then pasting into the window then hitting then update. the string is in the text box. to me it sounds like im doing the same thing....
