Ooooh, what is your favorite stuff to cook? I love cooking, I just hate cleaning up so much that I don't do it often!

My husband and I have an agreement that I do all the shopping and cooking, and he does all the cleaning up, so I can indulge more than I might otherwise. I will clean up sometimes, if he is sick for example, but most nights I am done in the kitchen once I put away any leftover food ( ... )

I know I'd love to have that recipe for blackberry chicken especially! It sounds delicious...I probably couldn't make it here in Japan (blackberries are insanely expensive!) but maybe when I'm back in the States this summer... My email address is daeriel at gmail dot com if you'd like to send me some, although all of my favorites are online so I'd just be swapping links. :)

hey, new links are always good. As for the chicken and blackberries recipe, I'll type it in and send you the recipe sometime this week.

One of the nice things about it is that while it is billed as a summer recipe for use with fresh blackberries, it has directions for making with blackberry preserves as an alternative (which tend not to be *quite* as pricy, particularly in the winter months) which makes it easier to do without breaking the budget.
