After reading the Eulogy for America several times, one thought kept coming back to mind

On a related note, there are electronic voting systems that do have a receipt mechanism, and I thing that it is both a paper and electronic receipt. Much of the equipment actually used has many problems from a technical standpoint and/or uses very outdated technology.
