Oh dude, that's...almost too sexy. Like intimate hot, you're too good to us fangirls.

I tried so hard to get this down to a formal 100-word drabble but it refused to work out that way.

Glad you liked it though. I wrote it and then thought "this is too far out of 'character,'" but then I went and re-read the prologue/first chapter thingie and no, actually it works for me.

Thanks for the feedback. Any favorite lines or un-favorite ones?

Ooh, I like. The part about not having the nerve to test it... Love it. :D

Different, for this series, I'm interested to see where it goes to next.

From the prologue:
Hands that have touched every part of him wrap the heavy cotton (belt) around Sean's waist--front to back, crossing over his spine and then around to the front again. Dave tugs the ends; the fabric makes a soft snap.

The knot is strong, and it gives him a feeling of security.

Different, but foreshadowed at least?

Heh. I can't see Sean letting there be any chance he'd get stopped in the airport wearing something with /any/ embarrasment-potential.

I'm actually planning ahead a few chapters now. Scary, huh? :)

"He can feel it though. He knows it's there.
It's enough." :) You are good, really, really good! I love that. The secrecy of it all. It is what we feel, not what we appear to be that makes up the reality of it all. *And that incoherent statement would be why I'm not a writer!*

Glad you liked it.

This part of the story has so much potential to not "read" the way I want it to, but it seems like it clicked correctly with you, so I'm pleased. I didnt think your comment was incoherent at all.

Have a great day,
-J.

Hmm.

Interesting bit of insight into him.

I find it fascinating that he feels more "himself" when he is putting on a "prop", getting ready to become someone else in an acting role.

That he was less focused and confident when he was away from all the pretending and just being Sean.

Hmm...
