For the first time this winter I had to defrost my windows from the inside.
Yes, I have ice on the inside of my windows. I guess they're from the last turn of the century, so something around 100 years old. Quite pretty. Quite useless to keep the heat inside ;-)

We still currently have to windows which are over 100 years old. They've got bubbles and the glass is a bit waving in spots ( adds to their character - and many people want them around here ). But they collect ice on both sides if the weather hits right.
Brrrrrrrrrrr

And you're right, nice that they're old windows, but horrible at keeping the heat in.
All the windows in our current house were like that. Actually, some panes were falling out, and the snow would blow in through the spaces. *shivers*
We replaced all but two now, but I sorta miss the ice on the inside!
-10° C in the middle of the day? Eeeep. Haven't been that cold at that time of day yet this season, but we've been close. About 16° F (-8° C).
Is it spring yet??

I'm with my mother for the next week so everything is very warm (too warm for my taste) and the windows are good.
Have a happy holiday with your sweetheart!

Well, aside from having better windows, parents tend to keep things a bit TOO warm. I can definitely relate.
We're gonna do our best to have a great holiday. Thanks so much for the good wishes, and the same to you!
