It's great to see Guy standing up for his priorities (that are finally in line), even taking on Vasey! It's equally good to see a realistic fight between the pair. I always thought it was ridiculous that Vasey could take and deal so much punishment against Guy of all people in the 3x6 fight.
GKR, Vasey, and the gang dead - that's how S2 should have ended.
Guy pressed his forehead against the wall and closed his eyes, trying to breathe. He tasted salt, and realized with a foggy surprise that his face was wet with tears; he had forgotten how that felt. His shoulders were shaking.
That is so touching. I can picture it so well. Ah, if only it had been in the show...
This is such a great start! This part at least has now become one of my alternate canons. Really terrific job you did keeping everyone in character. I especially liked Guy's reaction to Marian almost killing him.
