Damn insurance

I got a call from the surgeon's office yesterday.  They called my insurance company and was told I had no coverage for WLS.  Of course I get on the phone with them and it is covered.  I'm now waiting for the surgeon's office to call again and get a rep with a brain to see the correct coverage.  Time to call them back for an update.

Seems like things never just go right the first time with this kind of stuff, ya gotta bird-dog it until it's done with and then make sure they don't try to come back at you with some other ridiculous angle later.
