Still waiting

I just spoke with the insurance person at the surgeon's office again.  She was out the end of last week and hasn't call my insurance company back.  I am going to bug her till she does!  I want to get moving in the right direction with this and am already tired of no forward motion.  I want this done and over with and to move on.  I guess all I can
