Gratitude

As of today I am now down 50 pounds from my March 2006 start weight. Yay me! I got myself a pedometer with a gift card from Mia and Jay and have been using it all week. I manage to get close to or over 10,000 steps a day with my normal routine ( Read more... ) -

Once again, despite swearing up and down that I was finished with it, Chris and I decided to go to Dragon Con this year. We're not going for the whole time, just Saturday and Sunday, so I guess we're weening.
