   Hi for the moment.  I'm back but since my dearest one is handling the money at the moment I have no idea when we might lose internet.  I love Jay don't get me wrong but he just can't handle money.  So far our bank account is over drawn and closed so he closed his 401K to pay it off but then spent all that money on other things.  Yes some of it

Regarding a House

Hi Hun,
I noticed you stating you were looking into Government programs for a house. NH has a wonderful first time buyers program where you only need to come up with 1% down and they give you the other 9%. For more info on the program I'd recommend talking to Frank Devlin at Mortgage Partners located 542 Amherst St, Nashua. He's a really nice guy. Also if you do decide it is feesible then I can recommend a realtor too. Drop me a line sometime and let me know how things are going
