{{{{{{{Lady Korana}}}}}}} Oh, I'm so sorry about your grandfather. And especially sorry that it had to come to a head at this time of year when you already have others to remember. You are in my thoughts as well, and if you need anything at all or a shoulder and sympathy, I'm here for you. I'm sending warm vibes your way. *hugs*

Thanks for your warm wishes. They are very much appreciated. *grateful hugs*

I did cry as much as I thought I would, but that's no surprise. I'm ok now, except for travel frustrations as illustrated in my new wordy post, but I got the closure I needed, and my dad appreciated having me and my brothers out there, so that's what counts.

I'm sorry I just replied to this now, but it's the first time my computer's been used for more than playing games in an airplane, or checking flight confirmations since I left. (Sorry for my vehemence in the GOF thread too...got a little carried away there, but I blame it on emotional timing of things and hormones.) Things should stabilize at bit more for awile now.

Yes, I remember. Sad, but yet another thing we have in common...running out of grandparents. *HUGS*

I just wish my face didn't get all red and swollen every time I cry, and that I didn't cry at the drop of a hat, unlike pretty much all of my dry-eyed, more composed cousins.
