How to I adequately put into words how amazing you are. Let me start by saying that you had me at the author's note. Seriously. You really have a gift for bringing scenes to life in the way you describe the actions and movements of the characters. I've told you this before, but it never ceases to please me. :)
I loved these lines:
A butterfly touch against his cheek made him open his eyes a crack to see Parker for a moment before she began tugging him out of the driver’s seat, his laptop bag slung over her shoulder. He had vague impressions of a hallway, an elevator, before Parker pushed into him a room.
The above section made me thing this story was going in a very different direction. Just sayin'.
He turned back and she smiled at him, that small, sweet, smile that said everything she didn't know how to put into words.
As there is a dearth of new Parker/Hardison fic right now, this is all the more wonderful to read. I appreciate you taking the time to write this.
