I believe the Diz has experience with all of the above. I know she got windows replaced in both her current house and her last one, and they had the carpet replaced in the last one as well. I'm not totally sure if they've had a water heater replaced though.

We had the same thought. I actually sent Dizzy an email last night about the windows--I forgot about the carpeting. Waitin' to hear back from her.

For all the projects that I have had to do. You happened to pick the three I have never had to do.

Good luck, lemme know if you find a plumber you like. I will be having some projects coming up that I don't think I am gonna want to bite off myself.

Elk Remodeling for windows.

Carpet? Nova Flooring.

I know a really good plumber, but he doesn't come cheap. His hourly rate two years ago was $98. However, he's realiable and neat and stands behind his work.

If you want particulars on any of these, email me. msirreverent at gmail.
